This housing complex included more than 200 units in 21 buildings consisting of up to three levels of stick frame residential construction on concrete podiums over parking. On a very steep hillside, the project requires extensive retaining structures, wood and concrete stairs accessing the USF campus, and stair towers to provide secondary egress.
$38M construction cost.
