New gymnasium and 3 classroom buildings for Salinas Union High School District. All the buildings are wood frame construction, including the gymnasium. The classroom buildings feature high pitched roofs. The foundation systems consisted of spread footing and concrete slabs-on-grade interconnected with a grade beam grid to minimize the potential for settlement from liquefaction.
