This project consisted of one three-story and two five-story steel frame buildings. The foundation system was composed of a structural slab on grade supported on concrete piles. The floor framing system consisted of normal weight concrete and metal deck on open web steel trusses. Lateral loads in the structures, are resisted by six chevron braced steel frames.
$13M construction cost.
