This project included four single-story light industrial buildings comprising over 41,500 gsf. The structures incorporated slender tilt-up concrete panels supported by a conventional continuous spread footings along the perimeter and isolated spread footings at the interior columns. The roof structures utilized a panelized wood roof system with open web trusses used as purlins and girders.
