This project consisted of a single-story light industrial buildings comprising approximately 10,000 gsf. The structure incorporated 8”concrete block perimeter walls supported by a conventional continuous spread footing. The interior tube steel columns were supported on isolated spread footings. The roof structure utilized a conventional panelized wood roof system with 4x purlins and glulam girders.
$1.1M construction cost.
