This project consisted of 3 warehouse or light industrial building totaling approximately 360,000 gsf with the largest building comprising more than 250,000 gsf. The roof framing system was composed of a panelized wood roof supported on open-web steel trusses, while the perimeter walls were constructed from tilt-up concrete panels. The buildings typically had double-loaded truck docks. Interior clear heights were over 30 feet, with overall panel heights of 42 feet.
