This project consisted of a 147,500 gsf light industrial building shell which was built out for the U.S. Customs Service and the U.S. Postal Service. The roof framing system was composed of a panelized wood roof supported on open-web steel trusses, while the perimeter walls were constructed from tilt-up concrete panels.
