420 Taylor Street

  San Francisco, California

This four story concrete structure was originally the West Coast Broadcasting center for NBC. As such, the space was divided into many broadcasting studios, some of them two stories tall. The project consisted of removing all the interior walls, and converting the building to open office space. This involved in-filling partial floor plates, cutting a new 26' x 45' opening in the roof slab for an atrium skylight, and a complete seismic upgrade of the building.
$4.3M construction cost.
