This project consisted of a major rehabilitation and addition to the former Cogswell College Building, including a new ballroom with rooftop courtyard. The steel framing which supports the courtyard/ballroom ceiling contains two 6-foot deep x 84-foot long plate girders. The remaining portions of the steel framing consist of composite steel girders and metal deck, which directly support the landscaping and paving of the courtyard.
$1.5M construction cost.
