This project involved the renovation of several existing buildings, including a cottage, feed storage barn, and a country grocery store. Each structure varied in the amount of work necessary to bring it up to current codes, but the structural system for each consisted of conventional concrete foundations, wood framed walls, and plywood shear walls.
